All software, code, design, and functionality of both the App and Website are fully owned and maintained by the developer.
The App does not act as a wrapper for a third-party website. Instead, the Website is an official extension of the same project and is fully controlled by the developer.

The Website is fully owned and operated by the developer and serves as an integrated part of the App experience.

No personal user accounts are created or required.
The App and Website do not intentionally embed or rely on third-party platforms as core functionality.
Any external links (if present) are opened in the user’s browser and are not controlled by the developer.
All original code, design, and branding associated with the App and Website are owned by the developer.
All dinosaur-related references, names, and imagery are the property of their respective copyright holders, including but not limited to Studio Wildcard and Snail Games.
These assets are used for reference, informational, and compatibility purposes within the context of a user-generated customization tool. No ownership of these intellectual properties is claimed.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with any third parties.
No account system, names, or contact details are collected. The only data the Website stores server-side is described in the next section.
If you choose to use the “Share to Gallery” feature, the following is sent to our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and stored so the design can be reviewed and, if approved, shown in the public gallery:
• the selected creature and its colour region values
• the optional design name and credit name you type
• an irreversible one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit
submission spam (the raw IP address is not stored)
This feature is entirely optional. Do not enter your real name or any personal information in the optional fields if you do not want it shown. Approved designs, including any credit name, are publicly visible. To have a submission removed, contact the developer via the GitHub repository.
The “Advertise your server” form and the “Submit a palette” form work the same way: the details you enter (server name / banner URL / link, or the palette name and colours) plus any optional credit name are stored for review and, if approved, shown publicly, along with the same one-way hashed IP used only to limit spam.
This App and Website are not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
